Heading Victorious at Kimbolton

Race Details: 14th Nov ’21 | Kimbolton | Round 6

With Sam’s outstanding debut last weekend at PFi, he was keen to continue into this weekend with that same form.

Timed practice saw him sitting comfortably in P2… not a bad start, roll on the mixed grid heats! Heat 1 saw Sam start P17. He showed a masterclass in overtaking, poaching the positions one at a time and crossed the line P4, plus 13 and the highest climber on the grid! Heat 2 saw him start P7 and take the heat win.

The mega results in the heat meant Sam had pole position for the final. It would be unfair to say that it was easy, after all this is karting and some big names were racing this weekend… but a win by over FIVE seconds cemented Sam’s name as one to watch in 2022.

That’s two for two for Sam and we hope this fine form continues. Well done, massively well deserved!
